We accept RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS from the delivered date for change of mind, size changes and style changes- in exchange for a STORE CREDIT.
Due to drops being exclusive and limited, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges after 15 days.
OUTLET ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, they are not restocked and cannot be returned. All items purchased during FLASH SALES or discounted 20% OFF or more are final sale.

- If you need to exchange your item for a different size, style, color, or shop credit- send us an email at support@hanakiniswim.com
- Exchanges must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached.
- We are happy to offer a ONE time complimentary exchange on all US orders purchased at regular price. Additional exchanges and shipping fees thereafter are the responsibility of the customer.
- An easy ready to print shipping label will be emailed to you. If the item/s you want are no longer available and you do not wish to exchange for other items, you will be issued store credit. Once the item/s arrive back in original condition, your store credit will be available in your account.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE. Items purchased during FLASH SALES are FINAL SALE.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

YES. As long as the package hasn't shipped yet we can still add, change, or edit your order. Most orders ship within 24-28 hours.

International Orders
- Due to high international shipping costs, we are not able to extend the full return and exchange policy to international customers at this time.
- You CAN return an item purchased at regular price in exchange for store credit.
- Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached to qualify for store credit.
- If you would like to exchange an item you will need to process as a return, and purchase the new item directly through our site.
- You will be responsible for all shipping and freight costs that incur to return or re-purchase an item.
- All shipping, taxes, or duty costs incurred on international orders are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Conditions
1. To be eligible for either a return or exchange, your item must be unused , unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hang tag attached- and swim hygiene liner MUST be still tact.
2. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged. Please take care when trying on items, as Hanakini Swim cannot accept items that have any makeup stains, bodily fluid stains, or smells from soap, perfume, lotion, smoking, animals, etc.
3. Sale Outlet items are FINAL SALE. All items purchased during FLASH SALES at 20% OFF or more, or items purchased during major holiday sales, are final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items or discounted items of any kind cannot be exchanged.
4. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with tracking number/ order number.
5. Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or concerns to your returned items.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your customer account.
