Returns

  • 30 day peace of mind policy
  • The package must be postmarked for return within 15 days of the delivered date.
  • Although circumstances are case by case, generally 30 days is our firm return policy

Exchanges 

  • We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges.
  • We cover shipping if you decided to do a direct exchange for another item.
  • Easy ready to print shipping label will be emailed to you after verifying product exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions:
1. To be eligible for either a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached-  and swim hygiene pad MUST be still in tact for quality and sanitary purposes.

2. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged

3. Sale items are FINAL SALE unless exchanged for another size. (It will be marked in the item description)

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with tracking number/ order number.

5. Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded and may result in a review period before further grant.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or concerns to your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Back Returns or Exchanges

  • Generally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, generally the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
