HOLIDAY SWAP NOVEMBER 15TH- DECEMBER 31ST

  • All orders placed on BFCM or holiday flash sales from new arrivals are holiday swap only (exchange or store credit)
  • Due to the generous discounts, exchange or store credit for items purchased during a flash sale incurs a $9.95 processing fee.
  • Outlet items will remain final sale.
  • We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS: 

  • 15 days from the delivered date for a refund.
  • After 15 days STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • After 30 days from purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or return.
  • OUTLET ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • All items ordered on Facebook/Instagram are EXCHANGE ONLY. (due to the complexity of it's set-up with our website host we are unable to offer refunds at this time.) 

EXCHANGES:

  • We are happy to offer complimentary domestic exchanges on full priced items.
  • We cover shipping if you decide to do a direct exchange for another item.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items or discounted items of any kind cannot be exchanged.
  • Easy ready to print shipping label will be emailed to you after verifying product exchange.
  • If you need to exchange for the same item, different size, or shop credit, send us an email at support@hanakiniswim.com
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

RETURNS:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. All shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
  • If you request a refund, and Hanakini Swim emails you the label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Cost varies dependent on your location.
  • Returns received after the 15 day period from the delivered date will not be refunded and default to store credit.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE. Items purchase during FLASH SALES are FINAL SALE.

  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

INTERNATIONAL (outside the US):

  • At the moment we are not able to extend the return or exchange policy for international orders, see further details below.
  • If you would like to return an item purchased at regular price we are happy to process the return.
  • If you would like to exchange an item you will need to process as a return and purchase the new item directly through the store.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs that incur to return or re-purchase an item. 
  • All shipping costs incurred on international orders are non-refundable.


Return and Exchange Conditions:
1. To be eligible for either a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hang tag attached-  and swim hygiene liner MUST be still tact.


2. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged. Please take care when trying on items, as Hanakini Swim cannot accept items that have any makeup stains, bodily fluid stains, or smells from soap, perfume, lotion, smoking, animals, etc.


3. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items or discounted items of any kind cannot be exchanged.


4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with tracking number/ order number.

5. Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded and may result in a review period.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or concerns to your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
